Disputes and litigation should be prevented to the extent possible, as they consume time and resources which could otherwise be used for productive business development. Furthermore, the earlier a potential dispute is identified, the better the chances of a prompt, efficient and preemptive solution.
We therefore develop programs to assist our clients in anticipating, identifying and efficiently addressing in advance issues that could lead to disputes and, more generally, in the prevention of risks. We also provide our clients with risk and solution analysis in connection with ongoing disputes.
We provide coaching and guidance in the context of our clients’ day-to-day management of their (non-contentious) contractual relationships, and this not only for the purpose of preventing disputes, but also to preemptively strengthen their cases (and to enhance their chances of success) in the event that a dispute should arise.
